Aquatics Programming
Dive into our swim classes, which follow the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim curriculum to teach people to be safe in, on and around the water and eventually become efficient and successful swimmers.
Our program follows the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim curriculum that teaches aquatic and water safety skills in a logical progression. Throughout the levels, participants build on basic aquatic postures in order to learn various propulsive movements on the front, back and side. The objectives of our program are to teach people to be safe in, on and around the water and eventually become efficient and successful swimmers.
Class times as listed may not be available each session based on participation. Please verify lesson availability by session at the Aquatics or Athletic Desks or online. For level Preschool 1 to Youth 4: You do not need to wait until the end of one session to sign up for the next session.
