Six Tips, Tricks and Reasons to Sign Up for a Studio Session
Do you like to work out according to your own game plan? The Club is offering small group studio sessions with options for weightlifting and cardio machine-based workouts. Current government guidelines prohibit open usage of fitness areas, but our studio sessions provide similar access to equipment and space with limited occupancy. Not sure what that means? Here are a few tips and tricks for getting the most out of your session as well as rules about how they work.
- Bellevue Club trainers host the studio sessions—meaning they check in each member, monitor everyone for proper social distancing and sanitizing protocols, and are available for questions.
- However, the workout is completely up to you! The trainer doesn’t actually lead a workout, so you get to customize your sweat session to whatever you like best.
- Come with a plan. Sessions are limited to an hour, so come prepared with a circuit or goal in mind to optimize your time.
- Please remember to bring your own towel, mat, water bottle or other personal use items. Many of the amenities are on hold right now to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness.
- Studio sessions are limited to five people at a time, but this still gives you a chance to see a few familiar faces and benefit from the group energy. It’s a great source of motivation.
- Please do your part to maintain a healthy environment. Every single piece of equipment is outfitted with sanitizer. Remember to wipe down your equipment after each use.
